Zamiul Haque is a Human Resources data curator that is experienced in:

Analyzing workforce demographics and analyzing demographics of hires, promotions, rewards, separations and employee surveys.

Assessing where the organization stands in the continuum of inclusion and diversity with the Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmark (authored by Center for Global Diversity)

Examines how small to mid-size communities or counties can support technological innovation particularly STEM based businesses started by under-represented entrepreneurs.

Zam led the data analytics group for the National Institute of Health’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion and has managed HR business processes for recruiting, awards and employee surveys within federal and private organizations. He also likes to participate on corporate and academic boards of directors and serve his community through volunteering with organizations as a board member or advisor. Additionally, he likes to connect STEM entrepreneurs with community stakeholders .
