In this course, we’ll analyze our own work habits and learn ways to successfully prioritize, handle interruptions, overcome procrastination, use communication tools effectively, get organized, and keep meetings productive.

Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy in which the main goal of the leader is to serve the employees of the organization. This is different from traditional leadership where the employees serve to the leaders. In this course, we will discuss this new philosophy and set of practices that enriches the lives of individuals, builds better organizations and ultimately creates a more just and caring world.

Risk Mitigation
This is a course to specifically outline the top reasons for discriminatory law suite based upon EEOC data. Also, we discuss strategies to prevent these incidents from happening.

Effective Listening: To Respond or to Understand
Listening is one of the most important skills you can have. How well you listen has a major impact on your effectiveness on the job, in your personal relationships, and every corner of your life. Like any skill, it takes practice. In this course you will learn ways to become an effective active listener.

Leader Integration
Do you have a new leader in your organization? This session is designed to expedite the getting-acquainted process when a new leader joins a team. It is equally as effective for leaders who been in their position for some time and have had new members join their team. Many progressive companies use this approach believing that it builds important, working relationships faster and it clears the air and disposes of any uncertainties involving leadership. It can be used effectively at any level of leadership within an organization. Leader Integration requires a time commitment from all team members of roughly 2-4 hours.
