ABOUT ME

Tami Orr has a passion for helping people become their best selves coupled with a life-long love of learning. After retiring from Valpak, where she was their Employee Development and Learning Specialist, she was thrilled to have the opportunity to work at Inclusivity, LLC. Having partnered with Erik Smith on many projects at Valpak, it was an easy choice to come out of retirement part time to join his team!

Prior to her 21 years at Valpak, Tami created learning and employee engagement programs for Toys R Us, Radisson Hotels, and A.H. Robbins Pharmaceuticals. Tami began her career in Learning & Development in 1984 at The University of Toledo where she was a Graduate Assistant, teaching basic communication courses in the College of Arts & Sciences.

Tami’s community involvement includes volunteering as a respite companion for Hospice, bell ringing for The Salvation Army (just celebrated 28 years!), and serving as a Eucharistic Minister for her church.

Tami believes that learning happens best when people are relaxed and having fun; so don’t be surprised when you hear laughter coming from the classroom where Tami is facilitating!
