ABOUT ME

Michael LebovitzMichael is an Organizational Business Management specialist. He is currently in Grad School at FIT studying to become a licensed BCBA. Using a Behavioral approach to change the business environment can greatly enhance operations and employee behavior and morale. Changing and optimizing the environment (Employee behaviors, physical facility, pre-existing routines) is the best way to guarantee lasting meaningful change.

Michael works as a therapist for Positive Behavior Supports Corp. servicing children and adults alike and is passionate about advocating for the Neuro-Diverse population and bringing them into the workforce. He currently serves as Active Subject Matter Expert for the company’s Diversity, Culture, & Inclusivity Committee (DCIC).

He has served as a communication strategist and field organizer for several local election campaigns where he learned the value of communicating and working on a team. He currently sits on the Talent Committee for the North Pinellas Democratic Party and the Advisory Board for Gulf Coast Jewish Family Services.

Michael stays involved with his community through the Suncoast Corgi Rescue, organizing care for rescued animals; Tampa Bay Job Links where he helps foreign professionals find work in the Tampa Bay area; and volunteers with his synagogue where he teaches Hebrew and is the Co-President with his wife of his son’s PTA.
