Laila Forstmane is a dedicated advocate for empowering individuals in their workplace through effective training. Armed with a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Tampa, alongside a Master’s in Professional Communication, Laila seamlessly combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills to ensure that workers from diverse backgrounds have access to equitable training
opportunities.

With a rich background in serving the frontline workforce, Laila has contributed her expertise to companies such as Atkore in the electrical, safety, and infrastructure sectors, as well as Bloomin’ Brands, a renowned restaurant company. Through conducting thorough job analyses and fostering collaboration with a wide array of stakeholders, Laila ensures that training programs meet the needs of frontline workers, irrespective of their backgrounds.

Laila's fluency in three languages (Latvian, English, and Spanish) not only facilitates effective communication but also enables her to connect with individuals on a global scale, further enriching her ability to address diverse training needs. Beyond her professional pursuits, Laila finds joy in various hobbies including playing golf, staying active at the gym, and indulging in her passion for mystery and thriller novels.
