Krysten has spent over 15 years in the financial industry, working in various roles and gaining firsthand insight into the systemic inequities within financial services—both as an employee and a consumer. Recognizing the urgent need for change, she has committed her time and efforts to creating a more inclusive and equitable financial landscape. “The financial playing field isn’t even, and I plan to provide proper financial education to ensure we can all make smart financial decisions and set ourselves up for success.”
Throughout her career, Krysten has been an active advocate for diversity and inclusion within the financial sector. As a member of the Black Empowerment Network, she has led initiatives aimed at expanding advancement opportunities for all employees. Her dedication to empowering others extends beyond the workplace, as she actively volunteers with organizations such as Kind Mouse, Visit St. Pete/Clearwater, Florida Family Services, and the Great American Teach-In.
Krysten’s passion for helping others has only deepened since starting her own family. She is driven by the desire to create a better, more equitable world for future generations. “I want to leave the world a better place for my children.”
