We believe that everyone is socialized to have cultural biases. The professional challenges in media, the public sphere, corporate America, and the fields of education, require us to rethink the value of moving beyond cultural bias to effectively communicate with constituents/customers and to efficiently develop the talent pipeline. This combination allows for more innovative thoughts and opportunities to drive revenue through the internal presence of diversity and the intentional practice of inclusion.
