Bianca Mieses is a Change Management Practitioner at Inclusivity, LLC, where she partners with organizations to design and implement equity-centered strategies that strengthen culture, leadership, and systems. With more than a decade of experience across corporate, nonprofit, public health, education, and political environments, she specializes in organizational assessments, DEI strategy, curriculum and LMS development, and facilitation for senior leaders and cross-sector teams.

Bianca has led enterprise-wide employee resource group structures, built equity-focused learning programs, and advised leadership on translating community insight into sustainable organizational change. Her work is grounded in research, stakeholder engagement, and measurable impact.
